- All piñatas on this site are exclusive properties of Piñata Center. All piñatas are individually hand-made by our artisans in Guatemala and therefore there are some slight variations in size, shape, or colors, from one piñata to another. We are always looking to create new designs and from time-to-time you will see substitutions of characters, colors, sizes, etc. You can always call us with specifications about your order.
- Returns & Replacements
- All of our products are 100 percent guaranteed to satisfy our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products or services, please return the unopened, unused product in its original carton within 5 days of your receipt and we will gladly issue a credit to your credit card for the product’s price upon receipt of the returned merchandise in our warehouse (return shipping charges are not refundable). Please follow the return instructions on the back of the invoice.
- Custom Orders
- When you place an order for a custom made piñata, be aware custom work is not returnable. We make our best effort to create our piñatas as close as possible to the image or object that you provide. All custom made piñatas are left up to the interpretation and imagination of our artisans.
