Shipping Policy

For all our orders that need to be shipped, we ask the minimum of   3 weeks to complete an order. Two weeks to complete the order, and 1 week for shipping time. We start your order as soon as you pay the invoice due for your pinata. That is when your order will be placed and the waiting period begins! 

Pick Up Service

If you are planning on picking up your order locally, we ask for 2 weeks to complete your order. We start your order as soon as you pay the invoice due for your pinata. That is when your order will be placed and the waiting period begins!  Once your pinata is all set for pick up, me will either email, call, or text to let you know its ready for pick up.

Pick up will be at : 390 Broadway, Providence RI 02909 

Monday - Friday 10am-6pm

Return & Exchange Policy

Only if your pinata is shipped and then appears damaged we could offer a refund via shipping insurance. Please send a photo of how the pinata arrived to your home IN the box. We would need a photo with the box to show that to USPS in order to get a refund. The claim should be made the same day it arrived at your home. Since all our pinatas are handmade for your specific party we do not offer general refunds like if the party is canceled, or If you do not like the pinata by the way it looks, please remember each pinata is handmade and making each one One of a kind~

If you message us after 6pm please give it until the next day to get a response. If you message us on the weekend, please give it until Monday to receive an answer. We look forward to working with you, feel free to message us for any order questions you may have.
